1. General Information

Ragamuffin Micro Bakery is a cottage bakery based in San Bruno, CA. All items are made in a home kitchen that is not routinely inspected by the Department of Health (include this if required under cottage food law in your area).

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders must be placed through our website, Hotplate, or directly through our approved channels.

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order due to product availability, schedule limitations, or suspected misuse.

3. Pickups & Delivery

  • Pickup times and locations will be stated during checkout.

  • Please arrive on time, as items are freshly baked and time-sensitive.

  • If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Unclaimed orders cannot be refunded or remade.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Because all items are made-to-order:

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds are not offered for missed pickups, change of mind, or dissatisfaction based on personal taste.

  • If there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.

5. Allergies & Ingredients

While we do our best to accommodate preferences, our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other common allergens.
We cannot guarantee that any item is allergen-free.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchasing and notifying us of any allergies or restrictions.

All content on this website—including images, text, branding, and menu descriptions—is the property of Ragamuffin Micro Bakery and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that baked goods may contain allergens or ingredients that could cause adverse reactions.

Ragamuffin Micro Bakery is not liable for:

  • allergic reactions

  • delays outside our control

  • misuse or mishandling of products after pickup

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising from your use of our website or products.
