Refund Policy
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Pickup times and locations are listed during checkout, and all customers are expected to arrive within their scheduled window. Because products are perishable and made specifically for each order, missed pickups cannot be refunded or replaced.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are not provided for last-minute cancellations, missed pickups, or dissatisfaction based on personal taste. If you believe there is an issue with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate solution.
